Hossain Tanvir Mahmud

Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices

🇧🇩 Rajshahi, Rajshahi, Bangladesh
The Rajshahi Shop
Since 1989
English

I've worked in blacksmithing since 1989. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,780 apprentices. The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.

More about Hossain

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
