For 40 years I've run the athletics program at Narayanganj Swimming Club in Narayanganj. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
