My trade is tailoring. I opened my own shop in 2009 in Gazipur and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Hossain
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Hossain: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
