Hossain Arif Mukherjee
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Patna
- 🇮🇳 Patna, Bihar, India
- Kingsway Quartet
- Since 1979
- English, Spanish
I've played traditional drumming since 1979, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Hossain: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
