Horst Stefan Franke
Professor of sociology, Cologne State University
- 🇩🇪 Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Cologne State University
- 2018 to 2025
- German
I taught sociology at Cologne State University from 2018 to 2025, and supervised 58 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Horst
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
