Kassel Middle School was my second home. I taught geography there from 2003 to 2011, mostly the final-year class.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I played music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Horst: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
