Helping people break into farming

For 38 years I've mentored people in farming and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
What gifts mean to Hong: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
