I've volunteered with Beacon Mutual Aid from 1998 to 2017. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 23 people now. Everyone brings something.
More about Hong
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Hong: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
