Hoàng Hải Tong

27 years teaching design and technology in Thủ Đức

🇻🇳 Thủ Đức, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam
1981 to 2013
English, Vietnamese

I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 32 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Hoàng

If you were in my the final-year class class, you probably remember that terrible school play.

Subjects taught

Design and technology

What gifts mean to Hoàng: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me design and technology in 1997 at Thủ Đức Boys' School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Thank you again.

You taught me design and technology in 1987 at Thủ Đức Boys' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
