I coached wrestling at St. Anne's Boxing Gym from 2009 to 2018. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Hlengiwe
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
