Hiwot Senait Zerihun
Teacher at Silverlake Technical College, loves history
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- 2010 to 2021
- English, Amharic
For eleven years I was the history teacher at Silverlake Technical College. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Hiwot
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me history in 2012 at Silverlake Technical College. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
