Hiwot Hanna Desta

38 years teaching physical education in Addis Ababa

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Since 1984
  • English
Addis Ababa Public School is my second home. I teach physical education there since 1984, mostly Grade 4. I've run the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.

More about Hiwot

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Hiwot: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
