For 47 years I have been the French teacher at Setagaya Primary School. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, my door is open at lunch. I'm still learning every day.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
