Hitomi Mariko Maeda
Software mentor, Shinjuku
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Lotus Learning Hub
- Since 1997
- English, Japanese
For 29 years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
