For 23 years I've run the swimming program at Rosewood Youth Club in Faisalabad. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
