I work mostly in textiles, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1990 at The Elmwood Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at The Elmwood Gallery, which keeps me honest.
More about Hira
I've had 3 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Hira: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
