Hina Mei Ono
Design and technology and agriculture teacher, Shinjuku
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Stonebridge Academy
- Since 1990

For 36 years I have been the design and technology teacher at Stonebridge Academy. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Hina
If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Hina: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
