Himari Kato
Recovery mentor, Kawasaki
- 🇯🇵 Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan
- Kawasaki Association
- Since 1991
- English, Japanese, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Kawasaki Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Himari
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Himari: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
