I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,670 people through Highland Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Hideo: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
