Hiba Rasha Ghanem
Volunteer mentor with Tangier Association
- 🇲🇦 Tangier, Tanger-Tetouan, Morocco
- Tangier Association
- Since 2009
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through Tangier Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Hiba
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Hiba: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
