Hiba Maryam Ismail
Mentor in trades and first-generation students
- 🇪🇬 Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt
- Alexandria Youth Network
- 2006 to 2015
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Alexandria Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
