Hetal M. Sathe
Volunteer mentor with Unity Association
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Unity Association
- Since 2014
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Unity Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Hetal
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Hetal: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
