Het T. Pawar

Helping people break into software

  • 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
  • Harbor Mentoring Circle
  • 1998 to 2008
  • English, Marathi
For ten years I've mentored people in software and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
