Het R. Kelkar
Volunteer mentor with Brookfield Foundation
- 🇮🇳 Patna, Bihar, India
- Brookfield Foundation
- 1984 to 2022
- English
For 38 years I've mentored people in law school and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Het
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
