Hesti Jihan Saputra
Mentor in small business and trades
- 🇮🇩 Malang, East Java, Indonesia
- Malang Youth Network
- Since 1987
- English
For 39 years I've mentored people in small business and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Hesti
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Hesti: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
