Hermann Vogt
Mentor in engineering and software
- 🇩🇪 Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Harmony Association
- 1980 to 1993
- German
For 13 years I've mentored people in engineering and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
