Helping people break into software
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Eastgate Community Trust
- 2018 to 2025

For eight years I've mentored people in software and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
