I taught design and technology at Cedar Grove Public School in Kumasi from 2000 to 2020. Most days I taught primary school children, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Henry: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
