Henok Nebiyu Belay
Taught French at Acacia High School
- 🇪🇹 Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia
- 1999 to 2018
- English, Amharic
I taught French at Acacia High School in Mekelle from 1999 to 2018. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I never once raised my voice.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Henok
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me French in 2016 at Acacia High School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
