Tennis and fitness coach, Johannesburg
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

For 32 years I've run the tennis program at Fairview Athletic Club in Johannesburg. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Hendrik
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Hendrik: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the snow day nobody expected. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Boulogne-Billancourt.
