Hendra Umar Kurniawan
25 years teaching statistics in Bekasi
- 🇮🇩 Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia
- Bekasi Technical College
- 1987 to 2014
- English, Indonesian
For 27 years I was the statistics teacher at Bekasi Technical College. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 780 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Hendra
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me statistics in 2012 at Bekasi Technical College. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
