Hendra Joko Hakim
Softball and fitness coach, Jakarta
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- 1983 to 2021
- English, Indonesian
For 38 years I ran the softball program at Jakarta Community Club in Jakarta. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Hendra
If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Hendra: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
