Hendra Ilham Pratama
Teacher at Oakwood Girls' School, loves mathematics
- 🇮🇩 Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia
- Oakwood Girls' School
- Since 1988
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 38 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Hendra
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Hendra: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
