Heloísa Sônia Ramos
Teacher at Maple Ridge High School, loves mathematics

I taught mathematics at Maple Ridge High School in Guarulhos from 1993 to 2017. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
