Heloísa Lorena Lacerda

Teacher at Ashford Technical College, loves social studies

🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
Ashford Technical College
Since 1991
Portuguese, French

For 35 years I have been the social studies teacher at Ashford Technical College. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Heloísa

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Heloísa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me social studies in 1993 at Ashford Technical College. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand Truly.
