Heloísa Isabela Borges

Painter, potter and teacher at Old Mount Pleasant Gallery

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Old Mount Pleasant Gallery
  • Since 1986
  • English, Portuguese
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 1986 at Old Mount Pleasant Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I also teach a weekly class at Old Mount Pleasant Gallery, which keeps me honest. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Heloísa

I've had 14 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
