Helping people break into leadership

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 510 people through Nairobi Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
