Hellen Hellen Athumani

Painter, potter and teacher at Old Eastgate Art Collective

  • 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Old Eastgate Art Collective
  • 2010 to 2019
  • English, Swahili
I work mostly in jewelry, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 2010 at Old Eastgate Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
