Welding for 13 years in Arusha

My trade is welding. I opened my own shop in 2013 in Arusha and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Hellen
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Hellen: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
