Heitor Thiago Rodrigues
Mentor in farming and teaching
- 🇧🇷 Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Since 1986
- Portuguese
For 40 years I've mentored people in farming and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Heitor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Heitor: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
