I've coached netball at Duque de Caxias Sakura Football Club since 1986. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Heitor
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
