For eleven years I've run the rowing program at Duque de Caxias Beacon Youth Club in Duque de Caxias. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

More about Heitor

If you played for me, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
