Heike Schmitt
Mentor in law school and farming
- 🇩🇪 Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany
- Westbrook Association
- Since 1982
- English
For 44 years I've mentored people in law school and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Heike
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
