Héctor S. Robles
Volunteer mentor with San Diego Mentoring Circle
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- San Diego Mentoring Circle
- 2007 to 2015
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 170 people through San Diego Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Héctor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
