Héctor M. Vargas
Volunteer mentor with Summit Youth Network
- 🇪🇸 A Coruña, Galicia, Spain
- Summit Youth Network
- Since 1984
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,270 people through Summit Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Héctor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Héctor: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
