Youth softball coach and mentor
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia

- Since 2003

I've coached softball at Bogotá St. Mary's Football Club since 2003. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Héctor
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
