Héctor L. García
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Ashford Repairs
- Since 1982
- Spanish
My trade is blacksmithing. I opened my own shop in 1982 in La Plata and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Héctor
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
