Héctor G. Morales
34 years teaching physical education in Chicago
- 🇺🇸 Chicago, Illinois, United States
- Summit Grammar School
- 1984 to 2001
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Héctor
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Héctor: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

you taught me physical education in 2022 at Summit Grammar School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
