Héctor C. Macías
Cross country and fitness coach, Madrid
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Madrid Greenfield Sports Club
- 1998 to 2013
- English
For 15 years I ran the cross country program at Madrid Greenfield Sports Club in Madrid. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
More about Héctor
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Héctor: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
