For 33 years I've mentored people in teaching and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Héctor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Héctor: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
